Default Getting Movies to Play in LR2

Can someone tell me exactly how to add a movie to a song?
I have ripped the video for "NO DOUBT GET LOUD" and I converted it to an avi file.
Then I put it in the same folder as the song and the vid is now called NO DOUBT GET LOUD.avi
Now i opened the bms with notepad and added "#VIDEOFILE NO DOUBT GET LOUD.avi" to the end of it.
And I made sure that the bga was enabled in the LR2 system menu.
It still wont work.
Am I doing something wrong?
How do I fix it?

Edit: I translated the LR2 manual, and found this.

"The LR as proprietary, mpg, avi, wma, ogv # BMP also can be used in instruction, it is possible to play the video. "

Does that mean that I need to put "# BMP (name of video).avi" in the bms?

Seems like nobody really knows how to get it working consistently. some videos work some don't, some coding lines work, others don't arrgh.
why they make putting videos in one of the coolest beatmania simulators out there so difficult is beyond me.
*goes back to studying inner workings of LR2*

I have been able to get the movies to work in a consistent manner for LR2, though my only problem now is the timing for the videos.

1st: Make sure you have the latest version of LR2 from their website
2nd: Reconvert whatever video you have to MPG using 256x256 for the size while taking out the audio (as it will play ingame if you don't). SUPER video converter is what I use.
3rd: Drop the file into the folder of the song you want to use it on
4th: Edit the BME files (preferably notepad++, good for multi-tabbed editing).
5th: scroll down to the part where it looks like

#XX.WAV
#00002:1.0

Insert in-between like this

#XX.WAV

#BMP01 FILENAME.MPG
#00004:01

#00002:1.0

Any syntax errors will make the video fail to run
Modifying the third zero to "1 or 2" forces the video to play on the first or second measure
#00104:01 will force the video to play on the first measure
#00204:01 will force the video to play on the second measure

I have downloaded videos off youtube to use as my video source so thus far, I have half of DJT and 09 with vids XD. Hope this helps

Tips:
Search the BME file to see if the creator didn't put a #BMP01 tag on something else already. Most BME files from Japan has these so you just need to change the filename

Make sure to use MPG 1 codec. I have not had an .AVI file work for me YET.

Why don't you try 320x320?
