I have mp3's that I want to make a bms (non-keysounded) chart to. I would like to know if there are any good programs that are out there. I searched and searched but only found alot of Japanese texted programs (no surprise ). I would like to know if there is a more...English-friendly BMS creator program out there. It doesn't have to all be in English, I just need to know what I'm doing and how to use it. If there is something out there I would like to know of it. Thanks.
