how to get a beatmania IIDX controller to work on pc with beatmania simulators

hey so i'm new to beatmania, simulators, and converting the beatmania IIDX ps2 controller to the pc. so guys, could anybody make a guide of how to convert the controller to the pc with screenshots?

Well in order to ''convert'' your controller you need a PS2-USB converter. Radio Shack has pretty good ones as well as Pelican.

It really doesn't go past that

Sadly they stopped selling them... and the ones at Walmart. Someone told me that the Spuerjoy box 5 Pro was even better than those, but I'm seeing mixed reviews although I did see one review about a guy who was using it for a IIDX sim and loved it. You can find it at play-asia.

the radioshack ones dont sell online so you have to go the the store. Just ask the clerk for a ps2-usb adapter. Then you'll need usb polling rate changer go google it. Change the rate to 250
