IIDX Controller Issues With PC

I'm using a PSX to USB adapter and it used to work with my IIDX controller, but now it doesn't work anymore. What could be the issue? My PC recognizes it, but none of the buttons register. What's the deal BMS? Thanks for your help.

Go to control panel, game controller, and see if the button register or not.
If not, try to update the driver. Or try to plug it in another usb port.
