and place it on LR2files\Wallpaper\Select\ directory.
Then launch your game, and go to Skin/Soundset. In Music Select menu, BACKGROUND option choose IMAGE and BG IMAGE choose the name of your wallpaper file image.

And I didn't understand your problem about the frame, so I can't help you sorry. | it's fine but thanks for taking a look into it for me it really means alot. yeah i've been looking into the backgound i have it in the directory and everything and when i load LR2 it doesn't show anything? do you think it needed to be in another format? well give me a bit and i'll try something else out. ^_^ thanks
EDIT: Awesome i finally got it working ^_^
as for the frames just placing them in the theme folders work just fine. it just takes lr a few times to finally notice them. ^_^ i really like how the black and purple ones turned out. everyone should give them a try if you want yourself a nice skinset for LR2
