Default looking for S3M2BMS

The old old old old jpopmusic site had a nice proggy called S3M2BMS that converted scream tracker modules into BMS files. If anyone happens to come across this file (or happen to have it) please let me know. TIA.

I have a copy of it, but it doesn't work properly (at all) on WinXP. It does on previous versions of Windows (maybe).

A long-awaited update might be soon

A virtual pc running 98 is working fine with this. Thank you very much.

Excuse me. Could you upload this program to me, please? I can't connect to any websites hosted by CJB.net in my location.

Thanks.

Ok everyone, I understand that this cant run in xp, I have news for you, it did for me and here is what I did:

1) Download the file called vb400032.dll.

2) After that, extract it to your windows/system32 directory, then to your S3M-to-BMS folder (make sure its in the same location is the .exe file).

I just started it up now.

I hope that helps everyone.

See yaz bye.

The DLL fix does make it start up, thanks for that

Although it still doesn't convert anything in WinXP due to the way VB4 handles certain string data differently in XP compared to 98 and before.

I should try making a replacement that truly works in XP.

Thanks again for your help with this and other things

Thanks.

Here ya go~

Send big files the easy way. Files too large for email attachments? No problem!

This also include the DLL and OCX files needed.
