LR will not load songs

[untitled00]

hey, i have a problem with LR ive searched everywhere to try and fix this problem but i got nothing

when i put my songs in the _songs folder and click "reload all" Lr just pops open with a black screen and closes, and if i add an extra folder to the jukebox list, it just corrupts the WHOLE game(wont even start etc)

if i dont add a folder, and start the game, it runs fine, but theres no songs in game even tho theres songs in my folder

i followed the process with all the japanese fonts, applocale, and setting the computer language to japanese and updates

i still get the same problem after all those processes.
so if theres any word on how to fix this problem It'd be very appreciated if you post it here

Yeah this bug is known, when you add an extra folder song, in order to make the cache, you have to exit the config window before, and relaunch it.

Because you didn't make the cache of your songs.

Before, I had the same problem than you. To make it works, I've just put all the japanese fonts in the windows font folder C:\Windows\Fonts\ (but don't know if it will work for you,sorry).
