Lunatic Rave 2 Question

I know the LR2 that was released is still the BETA version, but I wanted to know if anyone has/had this problem.

Whenever there is a sound clip playing whether it be the song select song, changing the difficulty sound or modification sound (like changing the Hi-Speed) I always hear this weird ticking sound. It sounds kind of like static a little. Its hard to explain. What makes it worse is that when I am actually playing a song I can constantly hear it too. Its not too bad on the songs that are loud and consistently have loud keysounds to block the static out, but on the songs that are quiet, you can hear it loud as day and it kills the mood of the song.

Sorry, I can't explain it better. But does anyone have any suggestions?

the latest release of LR2 has an option that disable the extra sound moddifier in your LR2Config.exe.
It kills the effectors options, but it solves the static issue.
Meaning your sound is perfect as it was the first LR.
