Ok, I know how to get video into Lunatic Rave. The problem after that is that it stretches the video vertically anyone know how to fix this without having to re-encode my videos somehow? Is there some syntax to put into the bme/bms file so it doesn't do it?
And for those who don't know to get video to work in LR you have to use "#BMP01" (without quotes of course) and then the video files name. Then you have to add a "#00004:01" line to the data field (I put it at the bottom of the all the *.wav list)
Try to put #SMALLBGA 1 to your system.ini file (located in Lunatic Rave Online\LRfiles\Config directory).
I don't know if that will work, I just read here Lunatic Rave¤ò¶Ë¤á¤è¤¦¡ª Part.1 ƳÆþÊÔ - bm terminus (and using google translation ^^) that this option stop LR to enlarge BGA.
Thank you very much! It did make it smaller. Never saw that option before, only problem is it's still bigger than the Lunatic Rave graphics so it still clips through it. If only there was a resize option in LR config.

uhh i downloaded bms from sherl0k's bms terminal, and some of them have video ogg files. haha sorry but i didnt really understand your directions >_> haha im so nub.
Use something like simpledivx to encode the video to divx which is the format that lunatic rave supports. MPGRAPE is a dos utility that looks at the bin file on the disc and extracts most of the movies.
