Hi i was wodering if it was possible for me to make my own BMS files from songs i like if anyone could tell me the programs i need and stuff thanks.

I think there's a program called BMSe that is a IIDX BMS creator. I haven't tried it myself, but I opened a simfile once with it just to look... looks kinda complicated. =P
