Missing JP text for LR?

This is an old problem for me and I still haven't gotten an answer.

My LR suddenly stopped working with no changes to the computer.
It was working just fine before. No changes to the config at all.
I did notice when playing my other Japanese games, the text is missing.

It does the pop up with black screen and close thing.

Anyone have any idea what text could be missing or any fixes?

EDIT-I tried Kakumei's way. I didn't work.
I'm pretty sure it's a missing font or something.

Same thing happened to me. I hadn't used LR in a while, but it may have had something to do with rolling back my video card drivers. I have the same problem now, it just pops up and closes.

a lot of the problems are due to missing fonts. try to copy the fonts (compressed) into c:\windows\fonts\ folder for the install contained below:
