Need help with SSRMAX please. (with pictures)

Okay, well I've been trying to set up SSRMAX for the past few hours and I'll I get when I try to open it is this.

then it has some text from a different language help is appreciated thanks.

That text "in a different language" is unreadable because the Japanese isn't showing up in the box. It just shows up as random symbols. Japanese does not look like ASCII. :P

Cache some bms and retry

I get that error when the cache of ssrmax is empty

What the error says is that you might misplace the song file somewhere else. Try relocating it to SSR/MUSIC file and recache it again.
