Radio shack PS to USB...HELP!

OK, I am waiting for another 3 to 4 hours until I drive over to radioshack but I really want to use my JPKOC for my IIDX GOLD AC on my pc but is it easy to fix the Radio shack ps to usb lag or is that a good one to use for beatmania, Lunatic Rave, SSRMAX?

I would like to know before I go out and purchase it and come to find out it wont work correctly
