Default Realtime

So for some odd reason on this computer all of my simulators require that I cad them and set the process priority to realtime in order to get them to run smoothly. Now tomorrow afternoon I'm going to shut down all my background apps to see which could possibly be doing it to literally ALL of my simulators. When I do open the cad panel I check to see if any exes are cpu spiking but I don't find any. I don't run any serious desktop modding applications, just firefox and the typical communications type applications in the taskbar (skype, steam, utorrent, mirc, etc). As far as specs go I've got that covered, no question there. My big issue with having to do that every time I want to play is that ssrmax looks great fullscreen and supports 16:10 but ctrl-alt-deling crashes the game.

The reason I made a thread on it is because either someone else has dealt with the issue or pehaps not. This simply baffles me due to the fact that I installed windows fresh just a month ago and haven't really modified much. I also feel bad for previously telling the dev for be-pachi that the game was jerky and yet it really was a problem on my end. (although be-pachi has vsync issues too)

zomg more damn troubleshooting

You should try to close every applications, even in the taskbar.
So close your firefox, skype, etc.
In addition to check for cpu spike, you should also check how many ram is in used. The lesser, the bigger. Its the ram that causes your lag. and maybe also your display card..
