Synth'N Music - DJMAX Simuation

I'm still figuring out how to load DJMAX files into it.

Ok I figured out how to make it play DJMax songs.

First go here and download the 2 attachments on the first post (you need to register to download it...you should copy and paste random Chinese characters if you dunno Chinese lol).

When you finish downloading both, open up DJMAX_NMS_DIAMOND2.rar and unzip all of the folders into C:\Synth'N\songs\NMS Song folder.

Then unzip xip2plugin_17.rar and put it in your Synth'n\plugins folder. Open up the xip2 config file and in the area where it says "pak=E:\djmax" or whatever, replace the "E:\djmax" with the directory of your own DJMax folder. Do the same thing with "dat=E:\djmax".

After that go to your Synth'n options and click on the "..." button in the plugins section and click on xip2.dll. Then type in "pak" in the next box that appears and click ok. After that start up Synth'n and go to NMS Song in the song selection and the songs should appear. I don't know how to get the BGA to work though.

Kinda sucks that you need the .nms files to play it (like the .pt files) but its better than nothing. =/

i had done exactly what you said in your .pak tutorial but my djmax songs still doesnt work in my synth'n...

when i load a song the sim sends me an error message with "unknown error in NMS Reader. in NMS file astro_5k_nm_8.nms line: 1036" (for example), i had tried all, putting pak files into nms dir, changing path in xip2 plugin, etc...

plz help me T_T

Well I cant find a site that supplies a healthy dose of .NMS files for Synth'N (for DJMAX), but DJMAXUS has all the .PT files for O2Mania (for DJMAX) and always updates when a new song comes out.

I'm having trouble getting the plugin on that site. It's all in Chinese, so registering is a bit of a problem. Sorry, but if it isn't too much, could you host the plugin that I need (to play DJ Max files) on..., well Megaupload or something? I'd really appreciate it, sir.

Ok the last problem I have is the sound everythingi works except the music also when you say to change the "..." to xp.dll then place pak on the next screen it wont let me open synth'n only if I leave it only so maybe thats why I have no sound???
