What simulator is this?

YouTube - Hate+ / one goat - Lastphase

Ive seen several videos of BMS's being played with this simulator. Any idea what it is and/or where I can find it?

I think it's NazoBMPlay, I can only assume because it's the only sim that has "YELL" insead of "Just Great".

I can't seem to find anything resembling what is in that video. I can't find any skin that uses yell or even looks like that video.

Edit: I think it's Rhythm it based on what i'm finding. Now I'm just trying to find the actual program and some skins for it.

It is definitely Rhythm-it (it seems to have more than one name, or maybe it changed), and its site is here if you still are looking for it.

Thanks. I got it working fine, but I don't know how to adjust the timing.
