BMS creating?

How would I go about creating my own BMS files and notecharts for Pop'n Simulators? I've looked around for a BMS creator, but I only found one for IIDX, and a forum search revealed nothing except the IIDX BMS creator.

Well, you have to know where to find one. I have one that looks like the Japanese orig. version(english trans! YAAAAY!!!). Found it at one of these forums.
