I see a few japaniese videos of Feeling PoMu (Colorfull Canvas) with the controller. (Though it's the offical kind.)

Well, the Konami controller. (Now if I can find those INSANE videos in YouTube. Or they are deleted.... D: )
But hopefully the Dao can work as well. (Well, seeing some Adventure PC versons, very few worked it out very well with they Dao/DAC controllers.

Mini-coms are cheeper. While Konami ASC is pricy.
I don't know the prices for Desktop Arcade or DJ Dao, but you might want to check the controller threads at the offical Pop'n Music sub-forum.

i have the official konami pad but the right button is an actual axis switch, like an analog how do i map this to a keyboard button so i get it all working, i have all the other buttons working, thanks in advance fellow pop pad players  | |

Nazz said that it works for StepMania (though kinda wonky), so I do hope it works for PoMu simulations. :<
