Speaking of questions, does anybody know how to change the settings from 9 keys to 5?

Press SHIFT once to change it to five keys.

^ Whoa... I never knew ^^ I was just gonna force myself to get used to the 9 button... that's good that you can change it though. I still suck very much at 9 keys... I'm trying to pass a level 16 song... and I keep failing... tsk...

I'm new at playing pop'n on keyboard too and I agree it's tough, especially since you have to hit like 4-5 different keys at the same time with most songs. Though I've never played pop'n music on a REAL controller(yet), I bet it's easier since you have these big ass pop'n balls you have to hit making you much more accurate than the latter.

At least it's not as tough as trying to play Beatmania IIDX on a keyboard(OMG) I'm not even gonna attempt that game again until I buy a real controller!

IIDX isn't that hard on the keyboard really once you play alot. I'm already beating some 7s on 7key. Well, I play Pop'n and DM sims too, so maybe it helps a bit. I honestly love playing on the keyboard than the actual controller since I find it much eaiser.

The ones that really stink are when I have to press 3 or more keys since my keyboard doesn't usually registers them. (explains why I can never get full combo on Xepher) I recommend practicing in Step'n Music for getting your hands use to key layouts and then moving on to Feeling Pomu. Despite the lack of keysounds, it made Pomu a little more enjoyable without hearing a bunch of wrong noises. However, I'd love to play on an ASC too though. Oh yeah, your welcome. ^^

Heh heh yeah, I knew I forgot something(thanks! ^-^)
But yeah, most keyboards won't recognize the simultaneous presses of 3 or more keys. I recommend using a keyboard such as a dell that doesn't have that issue.

I have a Dell desktop and still, it doesn't register the keys.

Hmm... yeah, my laptop usually doesn't register 3 keys at once, but my computer does... and yeah, I have a Dell Computer, with a black keyboard ^__^; I'm slowly, slowly getting better at playing 9 keys... it's still so hard though ^_^;;

Jeez, that's really weird. The only thing I can tell ya is to look at your keyboard settings, there's gotta be an option to make it work.

I have a question now. How do you add skins? I got the 13, and 14 skins, but whenever I put the folder, 13, or 14 in the skins folder, it won't let me choose either of the themes in the begining. What did I do wrong

The path I put it in...

Feeling pomu folder.......user.......skin....... That's where the folders 13, and 14 are.
