As far as guides go, Id assume its more a straightforward remove keys, cut the tenis balls in half, puddy them in place, and add somthing to hit the correctly bound key.
or you could save yourself 500% of the trouble and go buy a working PS2 controller adaptor for a PC and set it up as a joystick/controller. Assuming you own some sort of PS2 controller that is.
Hey, thanks!!! but i live in Brazil, so it's a lot hard to get a pop'n controller(i don't have a credit card)
EDIT:is more easy to find keyboards and tenis balls here than those pushbuttons

If you have Paypal and about 200 bucks, you REALLY should buy either a Ransai or DASC controller. If you have a bank account, just ask your bank to hook up your account with Paypal and you can just use that.
But elsewise, I guess that keyboard controller would work... I've never seen it in action so I dont know how good it is. Also, I dont think that controller will work on a PS2, just PC.
just reminded, here where i live some stores sell a controller like the ps2 one and has the same buttons(in cluding L1,L2,R1,R2+the two analog sticks) and it's USB, so i don't need convertor, i wonder if it works (going to try when have money to buy it )
Not unless PS2s can recongize a PS/2 to USB converter.
Last time I checked it works, as I used a keyboard to play Unreal Tournament on a PS2 once using said converter.
Well thats a KEYBOARD, most of those are common keys. We are talking about a modded keyboard into a Pop'n controller. Can Pop'n Music for PS2 automatically detect which keys you are using for the buttons? Can it automap buttons? I don't think it can.
thanks again!!! i have one last question: i want to put some stickers (pop'n of cousre) on my keyboard, you guys know where i can find some?
another one: just removed some keys, how 2 configure it (the controller)?i'm going to use these keys:
