I'm not quite sure what this is, but it appears to be another Pop'N simulator, either that or an entire fan-made product. Think this could be the Lunatic Rave of Pop'N?

Even it's little unlock system shown in HP is awsome. Thats why I don't feel like getting it.

Well, seems it started as an addon for LR..

Now it comes integrated in LR2

So... How exactly does it work? Is it for LR, and does it use BMS?

At least from what I've tested, it loads BMS/BME without problems... however, the extension has to be changed to .pms or the songs will be considered as beatmania ones.

I have no comment other than you are planning to try them on Feeling PoMu, which you should also download the upgrade extentions to Feeling PoMu. (From the offical site.)

Actualy I got them to work in Feeling Pomu. Pomu has OGG support.

I often use .ogg in my simfiles to save filespace.

Although only one has actually seen the light of day...
