Half Dark Mode in DTXMania...

I am trying to emulate this mode in DTXMania.... Is it possible?

EDIT: Ok, so far I have modified the skin's images for it... But I want to switch off the floor tom and life bar. How do I do this?

Also, I want to change the scrolling marquee (ie. the scrolling song name) into a fixed one. Is that possible?

Is there any videos a la those seen at thiswebsite but for GFV4/GFV5?

The newest version(s) of DTXMania DO support Half Dark. Might wanna check into that, mate.

Tried that; but preferred the older versions as they are faster for some strange reasons...

So, what should I do to solve my other problems? (See first post)

For some reason I was thinking I tinkered with the Config settings once on an older build and totally got rid of the extra lanes, though for the life of me I don't remember when or how I did it. I can at least tell you that I'm fairly sure I did it, though. Sorry it isn't more helpful than that. lol

As far as the marquee goes, I think that's something hardcoded in. I've never seen any options to change that one. :S

For those videos you wanted, I can at least help you with that. Mogu does have the V4-V5 videos, you just gotta know where to look.

Scroll down until you find the black and white crossed videos for the V5 ones. Not sure where on there the V4 ones are, but I'm sure they were kept around somewhere.

(1) The lanes can be removed?! Geez, I didnt know that... Anyway, what you meant by tinkering with the Config settings? Ingame or modifying the .cfg file? (I supect the latter...)

(2)I think I will leave the marquee alone then.

(3)I already got the videos. To be exact, I need videos of people playing Guitarfreaks with Half-Dark mode...
