honkon_choutokkyou problem

I downloaded a simfile for dtxmania called honkon_choutokkyou from gdamania
But when i play it, the song is different from the audio files that come with it
also, it has no video

ie. in the game, it's an instrumental and SHORT version of the song
but if you play the mp3 files that come with it in windows media player, it is the original song

I have absolutely no idea why....any help here?
