The most there is, and will probably ever be, is Stepmania with a theme/noteskin that looks like it.

Its not necessarily all that bad considering that the gameplay isn't all too different DDR besides the device which takes in the player's motion. The support for the Para Para Paradise controller has been added to Stepmania 4.0 if I remember correctly so if you want to fiddle with the controller you could probably create a makeshift setup for Dancemaniax.

However if you're looking for the arcade duplicate for home play then you're pretty much out of luck since you can't select the songs you want to play in a course mode by hand (if you used the code to play in this mode). Otherwise it'd be a matter of getting simfiles and courses made up to use in nonstop mode.

Just purchase one of the last Para Para Paradise home versions still being sold. Fix it so hand injuries are less likely than the arcade version.

How exactly does a PPP controller work for DMX especially since the USB doesn't work emulation wise.

Now what do you mean? emulation wise? Stepmania accepts the controller and it has the key config. You have to set it up for Para Para Paradise anyways.

I have tried connecting my PPP controller to Stepmania, an d it works ok. The reason I say ok is that it has a small timing window, so its extremly difficult to hit the arrows on time. And if you look at the Para Para Paradise game, it has a different timing system and it "holds" the sensor for a fraction of a second after you put your hand over it. Just look at videos and look at the pink bars in the lanes, they fade out.

So I think DMX may be similar. But I dont know for sure, cause I cant test between the two cause my PS2 is here and the arcade is a couple miles away.
