Help with Lunatic Rave

I just tried downloading Lunatic Rave from the site, but I have a problem.
I got the file putted into the program files, but when I click on the logo for it, I get this weird message with odd looking symbols.

When I click OK at the bottom, something else pops up that looks
something like this:

??????????????
??????????????

PASSWORD:__________
USERNAME:___________

Can someone help we with this problem?
I really appreciate it

it basically is new user and enter new password.
that is for the internet ranking of course
but it is mandatory or else you wont be able to play

In the upper left hand corner of the LR2 Setup screen, click Language then click English. That way you can read it.

Just follow what TrueFSX' s advice. If you don't want to enter a username and password you can't play it. The game asks for a username and password so that your name can be registered in the online internet rankings of this game...

The online rankings you do not have to connect to, since that username/password box was there before the LR2 Internet Ranking was.
