Alright...got some dates:
Nov. 10 - Albumix X released.
Talked to the main guy doing the graphics (goes by DXM in the itgfreak forums), and progress has been pretty good. Definitely will have it done by then...the updating in xanga thing did not go pretty well, so i'll list the artists here as kind of a teaser:
- Keira Green
- Tess
- DJ Quicksilver
- Le Zoo
- Ernesto Vs. Bastian
- Milk Inc. (2x)
- Alex Megane
- Kate Ryan
- Sarina Paris
- Soda Club feat. Charlotte Day
- Blank & jones
- Alex Deluxe
- Colonia
- E-Rotic
- Megara vs. DJ Lee
- Unique
- Safri Duo
- Leslie Parrish
- Teamx Presents
I think this one will be a good one to end Albumix on

. A few notes:
- FINALLY found a good song to do that only uses 12th-steps ^^
- Only 5 songs exceed 2 minutes
- Have another song that has some BPM gimicks...nothing too crazy
- Got a song with 32nd's, and another with some (evil) 24th's ^^
- Song difficulty overall are slightly higher, but not by much
- Great graphics from DXM ^^
Early December - Albumix Origins released
This will be a pack to tide people over until Albumix 2.I is released. This one is going to have 20 old simfiles I've created that were around a long time before Albumix came into existance. The graphics are ok...and the steps might not be on par with Albumix (since they were some of the first sims I've created). However, I want to release it because they were wiped out when 7.0 came, and they were still ok simfiles ^^;;
January 9, 2007 - Albumix 2 begins, with 2.I
I chose this date because that marks the one-year for the Albumix series. I'm only using this date for the first pack, and not for future Albumix 2 packs. Very similar to Albumix, only the difficulties are slightly harder, and I'm trying to implement mines and hands, and make the steps more ITG-ish. It'll be interesting to see how this pack turns out.

Question: With the recent release of ITG's R21...I've been thinking about making my simfiles for the purpose of putting them onto a USB card for gameplay (well, that's how I've always made them...but it's a reality now). So...should I just use .ogg files instead of .mp3, or should I release a separate pack that's made for people to use in the arcades (stripped graphics, .ogg files, etc)? This also means that I'm going to try to make all my simfiles from 2.I on under 2-minutes =P...too late for that in X, lol.
What do you guys think?
