Well, I guess be leading again hehe... here are the plans go for the group banner then since Tsuka, cpubasic13, Veg, are willingly to do one I guess...

Ok here what we want in the group banner pack:

1. A banner of dimension of 256x80, sigh essential to all things, lol
2. Anime Content of course... Itsudatte My Santa is suggested. But since that anime haven't got many scans or pics are useful. Any anime can be used (hehe, kanon time)
3. Group Banner Theme must be Winter or Christmas setting... ^.^
4. Must contain the name: Otaku's Dream 2nd Anime Mix
5. The design of it. Just to be less strict on it. Your choice, your style... fonts, pics, design, and characters you decided. You may put your name on it, if you want... But must have those 4 steps above on the banner.
6. Deadline, well before December... So I can create poll in my site for the banners for the number one banner on display on pack

Since we have three people doing the group banner, I guess we have 3 options of main banner. And the banners did won the main poll will be optional in pack like I did before in the 1st mix.

lol, don't worry about that... Not really main priority for the sims. Since we have some wintery sims...

I hope, they got the rules or guidelines for the gfx on the banner <.<

I think it doesn't matter what theme the simfiles have......just the group banner is kinda important....

Anyways, if you like to join you need at least more than 2 songs to submit.
Also, need to send me your Personal CDTITLE pic to me so I can post it on my page. And finally, a songlist of what you going to make for the mix so we don't have duplicates of some anime simfiles with others. And help me to put it up on my site.
