Uhhh....ITGAC can't read .mp3 or .dwi files and that's pretty much the only way some people can play on pad. And since converting those files to .ogg and .sm are an inconvenience, why would you leave it in .mp3 format with a .dwi file?

No. In fact, that's needed for ITGAC. ITGAC won't do shit with a simfile if it ain't done right. You could get lucky and it'll read the .fmv with the sim, but that's pretty much it. :/
