 Question about linking to custom content/public domain used stuff
Simple question: if you have made a .sm to a freely accessed item, like an AMV available at places like www.animemusicvideos.org, and have the permission of the video maker, can you link to THE OTHER WEBSITE where the material is available? Like the creators profile and vid list? Users would be responsible for acquiring the video themselves through the sites rules, it would not be a direct link.
Wasn't able to find this answer perusing the rules, and I'm not 100% up to speed on license issues with fan made vids. The vid is for background animations, and the .sm file is made to the videos audio.
