Hi, Sulfer here. Just to say this, I'm not the head person. You can tell me suggestion, but I have to speak with the other two people first before anything happens.
EDIT: Now this pack is going to be divided into two different packs, one pad, one keyboard. I wish we would have known this sooner. As for me SulferDragon, I'm heading the pad pack. DAshoe, and Fantasticone head the keyboard pack.
First off, I bet you're like "Uber Random?!? wtf!?!" Uber Random is name of the forums that the idea for this pack orginated. Therefore that's how it got it's name...
Uber Random
Now, what exactly is Uber Random? We don't know because it's random... Basically it's the anything goes simpack!! Keyboard, pad, video game, anime, Bemani, whatever the hell you want!! We're willing to take submissions from anybody! Though just because this is a random pack doesn't mean you can go ahead, and throw us random sims. Nooooo, random with strict rules.
Rules:
:: Avoid hands unless absolutely necessary in Heavy, and below.
:: Graphics highly preferred, but we can always make them.
:: All sims in the keyboard pack will be judged by at least two of the judges. Sims in the pad pack only need to be judged by SulferDragon.
:: If a song is over 3:00, try to cut some of it. Also, nothing less then 1:00 unless notified first.
:: Avoid jacks please unless easy enough
:: Avoid one handed trills as much as possible.
:: Stepcharts required:
Beginner (optional, preferred in pad pack)
Light (mandatory in pad pack, optional in keyboard)
Standard (mandatory in pad pack, optional in keyboard)
Heavy (
MANDATORY in both packs!)
Challenge (optional, preferred in keyboard pack)
Edit (Whatever you're in the mood for!)

If you have a keyboard file send it to Fantasticone, and DAshoe. If you have a pad file you only have to send it to SulferDragon, and then he'll send it to tsugaru7reveng. Or if you have a sim that is already in the database let me know so we can get it

Now for SulferDragon's judging system:
Creativity: 15 points - It better not be the same old crap, mix it up a little.
Fun Factor: 10 points - Obviously nobody plays sims they don't enjoy. Make it fun.
Graphics: 10 points - I'm sure if you can't make them someone will, but they help a lot.
Sync: 30 points - You better make sure the sync is on target, and the BPM is perfect. Otherwise your sim is going down. If I can tell you made an actually effort though, it'll still be alright.
Steps: 35 points - you better make sure your steps make sense, and just aren't some random crap. This is the most important thing. Fail on this, and your file will automatically be declined.
Bonus points:
Provide a Readme: 3 bonus points - Make a Readme for your song.
Make Double steps: 7 bonus points - Make a double chart. Autogenerating is a no-no.
Make a full stepchart: 10 bonus points - Make Heavy through Beginner steps.
Maximum score: 120 - You're a god, keep it up.
Lowest score: -1 - Uhhh, go die. Thanks.
