Oh snap! The VGMP 2!
Welcome back guys! We hope to give you another good/fun pack. Just like the first one, this pack is based around Fun files, not Techincal files. Although we do hope you make your files somewhat Technical, and not just some random 16ths that go to nothing. So guys, not only do we want to blow the first VGMP out of the water, we also want everyone to have fun with it. So with that said, keep on reading.
The rules:
1. Music length can be no shorter than 0:30 and no longer than 6:00.
2. All files must have Graphics and a CD Title. If you can't make these, try and get someone to make them for you. If that fails, then we will make them for you.
3. Rhythm game music is not allowed, but Parappa the Rapper is!
4. Every file
must have heavy and must be
at least 10 foot in difficulty. (No more stuff like Mimiga Town)
5. Hands are a no-go for the Heavy difficulty, but okay for any other difficulty. Mines are allowed in the Heavy difficulty, but if you use them more than needed and try to make it "lol hard", I will reject the file myself.
6. All files must be unreleased.
7. You can send in as many files as you want, there is no limit.
8. H-Game music is allowed, but it depends on the song, I guess.
9. No nudity in your BG's! If there is, I shall kill a kitten!
10. Vospi is a sexy man, and must make atleast 1539 files for this pack.
11. When naming your file, make sure it's like this:
#TITLE:Emerald Hill Zone; (Name of the song)
#SUBTITLE:Sonic The Hedgehog; (Name of the game)
#ARTIST:Sega; (Name of the artist) [Can be the name of the company, or the actual composer]
The Difficulties:
Beginner - Pad file (Optional)
Light - Pad file (Optional)
Standard - Pad file [Easy keyboard file] (Optional)
Heavy - Keyboard file (
NEEDED!)
Oni - Keyboard file [Harder keyboard file] (Optional)
Edit - Whatever the hell you want XD (Optional)

We recommend you try and find music from various consoles you might not have thought about looking for before, like the Sega Saturn, for instance. And try and step music from newer consoles, instead of older ones. You are still allowed to step older music, we would just like to make this somewhat different from the first VGMP.
