Konami has released just a single pack this time around. It's a licensed music pack from the 90's hip-hop group TLC and features the following tracks:

Wubudubudubuh It's true! Rhythm Heaven Fever for the Nintendo Wii is arriving February 13th stateside and it has gotten a very intense promotion as of late. Even though this is the third in the series, it is only the second game to reach our little English hands. The title is based on musical mini-games where you need to accurately follow along with the beat in order to pass. If any of you had played entries in the WarioWare series in the past, this is made by the same development team, including its strange scenarios.

Five New Songs Announced for SOUND VOLTEX BOOTH

By way of their official Twitter account, the SOUND VOLTEX BOOTH staff has announced that the game will be making an appearance at the upcoming AOU 2012 amusement expo and given a sneak peek into five new songs that will be playable at the event.
AOU2012 attendees will have a helping of new songs to play around with, including new remixes of popular BEMANI songs like RED ZONE and Xepher as well as a new original song for the game. These songs will be available on all machines in a future update, but AOU2012 attendees will be the first to play them. The songs are as follows:
Xepher Remix / azuma
Diamond Dust Remix / デッドボールP
RED ZONE Remix / fu_mou
Vampire Killer Remix / 幽閉カタルシス
(Unnamed Original Song) / ゆちゃP
Other BEMANI games that will be making an appearance at AOU include the arcade edition of Dance Evolution, jubeat copious, and GF&DM XG3. |

Square Enix Opens Social Theatrhythm Site

To celebrate next week's release of Theatrhythm, Square Enix has put together a special game called Social Theatrhythm. The game can be played from today through March 30th. You can access the game here.
In Social Theatrhythm, you'll need to link up either your Facebook and Twitter account to face off against monsters, where eventually you'll face off against the last monster who was said to be video game spokesman Yama-chan from comedy duo Nankai Candies. |

Project Storm: SURGE Event and Tournament in Florida February 10-12th

Project Storm: SURGE is the 9th year this event has been going on in Florida. Although preregistration is closed, walk in registration is still available until 5:00pm tonight!
The event includes the tournaments listed below as well as their registration price:
Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 (360) – $10
Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition 2012 (360) – $10
King of Fighters XIII (360) – $10
BlazBlue: Continuum Shift Extend (PS3)- $10
Soul Calibur V (PS3) – $10
Tekken 6 (PS3) – $10
Dance Dance Revolution Extreme (Arcade) – $10
In the Groove 2 (Arcade Dedicab) – $10
Pump It Up Fiesta EX (Arcade) – $10
Be aware there is also a $30 venue fee prior to registering for any tournaments.
