Not only is Japan anticipating a new Taiko no Tatsujin for the Nintendo Wii, but, also, the 13th installment in the franchise series will be hitting arcades in the near future. The biggest news announced for the title recently is in Namco's deal with Capcom that will place a Monster Hunter medley in the title, along with various mascot characters from the series that appear during the course of the song's performance. Seeing as Monster Hunter is the hottest thing since sliced bread in Japan, this should serve as a selling point in the territory and will no doubt be looked upon as a grand accomplishment for the series.
