This is according to the recent press release, which is weird, considering I thought "Ring of Fire" was one of the very first songs Activision announced for the game. Again, unlockable tracks are being done away with in this entry, so all 85 of the aforementioned tracks are playable from the beginning.
Also, Activision today announced players will be able to import Xbox avatars into the game as playable characters for the Xbox 360 version. Once in the game, not only can the avatars appear on stage as performers, but they will be fully usable in the create-a-rocker mode, which means they can be customized with the in-game items. The avatars will appear on stage with other likenesses such as Satana and Shirley Manson of Garbage.
Why doesn't Activision like Megadeth? They had Symphony of Destruction and Hangar 18 when Harmonix was involved in Guitar Hero 1 and 2! And now they add sweating bullets? That's not loving Megadeth that's putting one song on that's not their best work! I wanted to see Rust in Peace... Polaris!

"Megadeth - Sweating Bullets"
what. Why, Activision, why? You could have gone with ANYTHING off Rust In Peace (except Hangar 18, obviously), hell, you had TORNADO OF FREAKIN' SOULS wide open to grab, so why did you go with a crappy 90s Megadeth song?
"King Crimson - 20th Century Schizoid Man"
Well, there's a good song RB doesn't have. Wonder how long that's going to last, though.
Yeah, not going to go through the whole list, but there's maybe a total of five songs on here that I'd really want to play and can't in RB. And Harmonix likely knows what songs to grab for DLC, which makes this game rather redundant.
