Activision today announced its intentions for Guitar Hero DLC tracks for the month of the November, bringing Xbox 360, Playstation 3 and Nintendo Wii players Lenny Kravitz and KISS. Just before Thanksgiving, Activision will be again providing free tracks to Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 owners in the form of tunes from bands that employees of Neversoft play in and Nintendo Wii owners will finally be able to purchase Metallica's Death Magnetic tracks.

Also, in the wake of Guitar Hero 5 and the upcoming Band Hero, Activision now has an FAQ page up detailing the export process. Again to reiterate: "The week Band Hero hits store shelves, 69 tracks from the acclaimed Guitar Hero 5 will be available to import. In addition, 61 of the chart-topping hits featured in Band Hero can be imported into Guitar Hero 5 for Xbox 360 for 420 Microsoft Points, on the PlayStation 3 system for $4.99, and Wii for 500 Wii Points."
