Queen Takes Over Next RB Update With 10 DLC Songs

It's been long suggested, but next week, the surge of Queen tracks arrive in Rock Band courtesy of the latest DLC announcement. With the tracks hitting the Xbox 360, Nintendo Wii and Playstation 3, the band will take the stage as the only act next week. Being released in the song pack are the following songs:
“Another One Bites the Dust”
“Crazy Little Thing Called Love”
“Fat Bottomed Girls”
“I Want It All”
“I Want to Break Free”
“Killer Queen”
“One Vision”
“Somebody to Love”
“Tie Your Mother Down”
“Under Pressure”
The songs will touch down on each system using the same old routine - Xbox 360 and Nintendo Wii on Tuesday and Playstation 3 on Thursday. Each track individually will be $1.99, 160 Microsoft Points or 200 Wii Points, while 360 and PS3 owners can scoop up the entire lot for $15.99 or 1280 Microsoft Points.
If you're still digging Rock Band Unplugged and want a couple more songs for your library, there will still be two DLC tracks hitting the format next Thursday for $1.99 a piece:
Blink-182 – “The Rock Show”
The Offspring – “All I Want”

As much as I love Queen, I'm not sure that I want to hear anyone trying to imitate Freddie Mercury.

If you're going to get one DLC pack from 2009 in Rock Band, make it the Iron Maiden pack.
If you're going to get a second (and you should), make it Queen.
And I only rank them in that order because the Iron Maiden pack is awesomely fun to play on every instrument in every song. I have doubts that I could say that for the Queen pack. But as a vocalist... IT'S FUCKING QUEEN. This is probably as close to vocalist-fanservice that Harmonix is ever going to give us, and it's ten songs of QUEEN. I cannot emphasize enough how awesome this band is. Even if the songs aren't that hard for your chosen instrument(s), you WILL download this pack, and you WILL enjoy it.
