On December 18, you can for broke with the 13,758 Yen (roughly $135.68 U.S.) Beatmania IIDX 15th Style DJ Troopers Konamistyle Complete Set. The package comes with the obvious DJ Troopers game disc but also throws in Beatmania IIDX Visual Emotions 7, the Beatmania IIDX 2009 calendar, beatnation Records「Rewind!」 by Keiichi Ueno and I believe a special box the items come in.
Those who can live without owning the newest beatnation Records album, can spend 11,238 Yen ($110.48 U.S.) to still pick up the remainder of the items in a DJ Troopers Special Edition. Otherwise, if you just want to get your IIDX on without the sweet goods, the DJ Troopers game on its own is still set at 7,300 Yen ($72.00 U.S.).
If you need to start from scratch, the company is even selling IIDX controllers with each available option. The complete set plus a controller will set you back 19,848 Yen ($195.76 U.S.). If you click the first link in the story and scroll to the bottom of the page, the three column options are the DJ Trooper + controller options.

For those of you that are not in the know, Keiichi Ueno is better known as Babyweapon, DJ SWAMI, DJ Swan, Risky Men, ANAL SPYDER, etc. The album will be a two disc set, like previous beatnation Records releases, with the first disk (of 14 songs) being selected tracks from Keiichi's collection of tunes from throughout his history with Konami. The second disc is a remix album containing remixes from various artists with L.E.D. VS. dj TAKA, DJ YOSHITAKA, and Ryu☆ being mentioned so far.
01 Dr.LOVE '09 from beatmania IIDX
02 BEAUTIFUL ANGEL from beatmania IIDX15 DJ TROOPERS(CS)
03 Mr.T. from beatmania IIDX 4th style
And with that we have insight of our first DJ TROOPERS CS original song.
We'll let you know when Play-Asia is set to deliver the pre-order goods, so look forward to a hearty Christmas from Konami!
The page basically says that only the CS songs from DD, GOLD, and TROOPERS will be in Visual Emotions 7. There are no new songs in the given song list, so no hints there.
Compared to Gold's special editions this seems very lacking. Konami blindsighted me (and seems like they got some others guy) with Keiichi Ueno's album instead of Synthesized. The special edition complete set isn't really that different, just Rewind! and some little goodies. Either way I'd still buy the SEC cause I want Rewind!.
EDIT: The little goodies haven't been specified yet...but I'm sure it's gonna be some stickers and stuff. I hope there's a patch I can put on my hoodie.

That's what I read. Although sometimes they get shipped separately and get lost.
Anyway, anyone know if the DJT/JKOC bundle has a new version of the KOC?
it's down on the page a bit. It the thing that looks like a vinyl.
and says "LP" a million times.
That's the Calendar. It even comes with a little stand and vinyl jacket.
Yeah, from what I can read, it includes a jacket sleeve similar to a record and it features a stand. I've actually seen quite a few video game trinkets from Japan that are modeled after vinyls. Even Metal Gear Solid 3 had a sampler soundtrack that came in a full-size vinyl sleeve and Konami put a shell around the CD to make it appear to be a vinyl.
